Winter Editions 2024
Shopify Winter Editions is one of the most relevant moments of the year for the Shopify ecosystem. The Madrid edition welcomed more than 200 founders, merchants, partners and ecommerce teams who came together to explore the latest Shopify releases and share practical insights on how to build, scale and optimize digital brands.
The agenda focused on topics such as conversion optimization, performance improvements, omnichannel strategies, automation and the tools that help modern ecommerce teams work more efficiently. Beyond the presentations, the event created space for real conversations between professionals facing similar challenges.
Events like this are as much about content as they are about how people experience the day. Our role was to support the event experience in a subtle and reliable way, making sure everything flowed naturally around the sessions and networking moments.
Gecko Events was responsible for the full corporate catering service for over 200 attendees. From coffee breaks to informal networking moments, the goal was simple: help people feel comfortable, welcomed and well taken care of, without interrupting the rhythm of the event.
Good event catering should feel effortless. It should keep energy levels high, encourage conversation and fit seamlessly into the overall flow of the day.
By coordinating timing, service and quality with care, we helped ensure that attendees could focus on what mattered most: the talks, the conversations and the connections being built. A calm, well-organized catering experience often goes unnoticed, and that’s exactly how it should be.
Shopify Winter Editions 2024 was a great example of how thoughtful corporate events and well-executed catering can enhance the overall experience for attendees.
