Team Building
A summer day for the Percassi team in Madrid combining a BRIDGE workshop in the morning and a MasterChef-style cooking challenge in the afternoon. The group was energetic, participative and clearly happy to be out of the office.
The BRIDGE workshop was facilitated by coach Andrea Tugues. By the end, the team had a shared language for how they work together. That kind of clarity does not come from a presentation.
After lunch, the cooking challenge took over. Watermelon gazpacho, paella, sirloin in Pedro Ximénez sauce and a dairy-free dessert for those who needed it. Teams divided tasks, worked against the clock and had to plate up something worth eating.
