Bossard

A team building day for Bossard Spain in Bellaterra, just outside Barcelona. The rain kept us indoors more than planned, but it didn't matter. 37 people left the office behind for a day of friendly competition, plenty of laughter and real time to connect.

Bossard partnered with us once again to bring their team together, and this time we chose a calm, green setting in Bellaterra, far enough from the city to feel like a proper break. The plan included time outdoors, but the rain had other ideas and stayed with us all day. So we adapted, moved the activities inside and kept the energy going.

A bit of competition, a lot of laughter and the kind of conversations that rarely happen between meetings. Sometimes the best thing a team building can do is change the setting and give people room to simply enjoy each other's company.
