Natulim

A two-day offsite with the Natulim team at Camping del Mar in Malgrat de Mar. Coffee, an internal meeting to align on objectives, a Paddle Surf XL session in the sea, beach volleyball and time to simply be together outside the office.

Not every offsite needs a packed schedule. Natulim's was deliberately simple: arrive, have breakfast, align on KPIs, then spend the rest of the day outside doing things that require real coordination.

The Paddle Surf XL was the centrepiece. Teams had to balance together on an oversized board and navigate the water without falling in. It sounds easier than it is, and the laughter started almost immediately. Beach volleyball, lunch and a relaxed afternoon rounded out the day. Sometimes the best team building is the kind where nobody realises it is happening.
