Cooking Challenge
A cooking challenge for the Findus team in Madrid, with recipes built entirely around their own products. Watermelon gazpacho, prawn ceviche, vegetable cremoso with Parmesan and asparagus pastry.
Teams split up, collected their ingredients from a shared central table and got to work against the clock. The format is competitive enough to create real engagement but relaxed enough that the kitchen stays fun rather than stressful.
With a food company, the bar is higher. The team knows what good produce looks like and what a properly made dish tastes like. That raised the level of the whole session. By the time everyone sat down to eat what they had made, the afternoon had already done its job.
