A summer day for the Ciroco tech team at a private villa with a pool in Terrassa. Coffee, Boat Challenge, BBQ, Cocktail Challenge and open bar. Intimate, well-paced and exactly what the team needed.
Small groups concentrate energy. With Ciroco's tech team, there was nowhere to coast and no reason to. The Boat Challenge opened the day in the pool, then the Cocktail Challenge gave teams a different kind of competition, creating three original cocktails with professional kits.
The BBQ and open bar filled the afternoon. By the end, the team left more connected than they arrived. For a group that spends most of their time heads-down on screens, a day like this does something that no meeting can replicate.
