Axe Throwing
Ciroco came back for an axe throwing session in Barcelona. No workshops, no slides. Just axes, targets and a team that needed an excuse to compete.
Axe throwing equalises a group fast. Nobody arrives as an expert, everyone starts from zero and within twenty minutes there is already a ranking being debated.
For a small tech team that mostly sees each other on screens, two hours doing something physical and unexpected does more than most structured activities. Focused enough to keep everyone together, simple enough that the conversation happens naturally around it.
