A one-hour functional training session on the rooftop of the Check24 office in Madrid. Fresh air, city views and a coach from Fit&Coach who made sure nobody coasted through it.

Most team buildings happen in a neutral venue. This one happened right where the team works every day, except on the roof with a trainer running them through circuits they did not know they could finish.

Physical effort cuts through office dynamics quickly. By the end of the session the group had pushed themselves together, laughed through the hard parts and had a shared story that did not come from a meeting room. Check24 had the space. We built the experience around it.
